The size incl 20ft and 40ft.

The manufacture standard incl EN, ASME, GB, and we also provide LIoyd’s Register CSC Certificate and CCS Certificate.

What’s your product accessories?

We can provide China valves and International valves. And we will provide valve list once confirmed.nMoreover, pump is optional. We can provide Smith pump, France Cryostar pump or without pump, the price is different.

Description

SinoCleansky Cryogenic ISO Tank Containers (T75) are designed for intermodal storage and transportation of liquefied industrial gases and LNG. Available in 20ft and 40ft models, each tank features high vacuum multi-layer insulation to maintain cryogenic temperatures over long-distance transport with minimal boil-off.

Manufactured in accordance with the majority of global standards, every tank is registered with Lloyd’s or BV, and carries CSC and CCS certificates. Annual production capacity exceeds 2,000 units, with full traceability — each tank ships with a complete set of inspection reports and third-party certification.

Key components include HEROSE / Rego / Wika valves and optional Smith (USA) or Cryostar (France) pumps, ensuring reliable performance under demanding conditions. Custom configurations for specific gases, pressures, and destination regulations are available through our in-house R&D team.

Upgrade T75: 20ft 2.2mpa has more capacity (+0.4m³) and less weight (-400kg)

Our upgraded 20ft ISO tank increases usable capacity from 21 m³ to 21.4 m³. At just 2 trips per week, that’s 41.6 m³ of extra product delivered every year — about two full tank loads — carried on the same trips, at no additional freight cost. For high-value gases like liquid argon, that can translate into over $20,000 in extra annual revenue per tank.

Pre-filling service

We provide one-stop gas filling service: customers can purchase empty ISO tanks with pre-filled gases before shipment, LOX, LIN, LAr and LN2O all can be pre-filled. All shipments (ISO tank + gas) are arranged in strict accordance with international dangerous goods transportation regulations for sea freight, enabling ready-to-use delivery upon arrival.

1. Match with Cryogenic Storage Tanks or Lorry Tankers: Realize efficient cross-regional liquid gas transfer and rapid cargo replenishment for filling-stations.

2. Match with Microbulk stationary cryogenic tanks: ISO tanks act as remote transportation reserves, cooperating with on-site Microbulk tanks for long-term stable centralized gas supply.

3. Match with Cylinders: Support centralized liquid gas vaporization and filling, realizing dual backup of bulk liquid storage and portable cylinder gas supply, ensuring uninterrupted gas supply in emergency scenarios.
