Описание
SinoCleansky offshore cryogenic tank containers (T75 UN portable tanks) in 10ft and 15ft, double-certified to DNV 2.7-1 and Lloyd’s Register, delivering LIN, LOX and LAr wherever the job goes offshore.
This product combine a UN Portable Tank T75 vessel with a DNV 2.7-1 offshore frame in two sizes: 10ft (7.0 / 8.0 m³ effective) and 15ft (11.5 m³), rated to 0.8 MPa working pressure with high-vacuum multilayer insulation. The vessel is built to ASME Section VIII Div.1 with Code Stamp and the frame to DNV 2.7-1 / ISO 10855 — engineered for offshore platforms, marine projects and multimodal transport.
Offshore-grade lifting safety
The frame is designed and built to DNV 2.7-1 (offshore containers) and ISO 10855, with four lifting lugs on 28 mm shackles. Each design is proof-tested at 2.5 times rated load (28,500 kg for the 7 m³ type, 40,000 kg for the 8 m³ type) with dynamic enhancement factors of 1.254–1.4394 and lifting angles of 30°–45° — built for repeated offshore handling.
Unmatched cold retention
High-vacuum multilayer insulation holds static evaporation to 0.44–0.57 %/day depending on media, with a 5-year vacuum life and 15-year design life. A re-evacuation port allows vacuum restoration on site — no return to the factory needed.
Fully certified, globally compliant
The inner vessel is manufactured to ASME VIII Div.1 with Code Stamp. Every unit carries Lloyd’s Register construction and initial inspection certificates, complying with DNV-ST-E2711, ISO 10855, CSC, IMDG, ADR/RID, TIR, USDOT (CFR49) and IMO MSC/Circ.860.
One tank, multiple gases
Configurable for LIN, LOX and LAr (UN1977 / UN1073 / UN1951). Inner vessel and piping are cleaned for oxygen service, and valves, pressure-building circuits and vaporizers are tailored per medium for fast reconfiguration between jobs.
Full lifecycle support
Each tank ships with the inner vessel nitrogen-purged and 100% vacuum-tested, together with construction and inspection certificates and full documentation. Safety valves and cryogenic components are available at preferential prices throughout the 15-year design life.
Typical applications:
- LIN supply for offshore oil & gas platforms and FPSOs — well kill, pressure testing and purging.
- On-site storage and rotation of welding shield and purge gases at marine engineering and EPC construction sites.
- Last-mile delivery of cryogenic liquids to islands and remote sites beyond pipeline or depot coverage.
- Emergency backup and peak-shaving liquid supply for hospitals, electronics and metallurgy customers.

Упаковка и доставка
The offshore tank unit itself is a T75 UN Portable Tank / DNV 2.7-1 offshore container — no secondary packaging required; it enters sea, road and rail transport as its own shipping containment.
- Lift only through the four lifting lugs with shackles ≥28 mm (8.5T); keep the sling angle within 30°/45° as stated on the certificate.
- On arrival, verify the LR certificate number, serial number and vacuum / pressure gauge readings to confirm no transport damage.
- Before connecting lines, check the pressure-building circuit, liquid / gas ports and safety valves; for first commissioning, ask SinoCleansky engineers for remote or on-site guidance.
- Spare safety valves, cryogenic valves and vaporizers can ship with the order on a separate pallet.

Every unit ships with a Lloyd’s Register offshore container construction certificate, LRQA initial inspection certificate and ASME U-stamp documentation.
Часто задаваемые вопросы
The difference is in the frame and lifting system: offshore tank containers are built to DNV 2.7-1 and ISO 10855 with four lifting lugs, proof-tested at 2.5 times rated load and qualified with dynamic enhancement factors of 1.254–1.4394 for repeated offshore lifts. A standard T75 tank follows conventional container standards and carries no offshore lifting certification.
Yes. Static evaporation rates are ≤0.44–0.57 %/day depending on medium, with a 5-year vacuum life, 15-year design life and 100% factory vacuum testing (≤0.05 Pa). A re-evacuation port lets you restore vacuum on site years later — no factory return required.
Every unit ships with a Lloyd’s Register offshore container construction certificate, LRQA initial inspection certificate and ASME U-stamp documentation. Standard configurations typically deliver within 60–90 days of order confirmation (per quotation); with certificates in hand the tank enters global sea, road and rail transport immediately.
