SinoCleansky welded cylinders are rolled and seam-welded for low-pressure liquefied gases — dissolved acetylene to ISO 3807, liquid chlorine and ammonia to GB 5100, and fire-fighting cylinders to EN 13322 / DOT 4BW at 0.42 MPa — the economical answer where a seamless shell would be over-engineering.
A welded cylinder is formed from rolled steel plate joined by longitudinal and circumferential seams, then stress-relieved — the right body for gases that liquefy at low pressure, where a thick seamless shell would be over-engineering and over-spending.
Capacity from 7L to 1,000L, each body is welded, post-weld heat treated, then 100% hydrostatically and pneumatically tested, with batch traceability and third-party inspection on request.
Finishes are painted or powder-coated, with valve guards, foot rings and neck rings configured to the destination market — and Cl₂ / NH₃ units built with the corrosion allowance and valve specification their service demands.
