Description

SinoCleansky H₂ Jumbo Tube Container have muti-type to offer on-site and transport solution: MEGC, Trailer, Cascade (stationary storage group cylinders) and single cylinder.

Cascade normally use 3 tubes jumbo cylinders as a hydrogen storage peak shaving.
MEGC could select from 8 tubes to 12 tubes (based on road weight limits or hydrogen consumption), compact on ONE skid, as an international transport container.
Trailer, mainly us 8 tubes to 12 tubes, plus 2 axles or 3 axles chassis, easy to install locally, extend hydrogen delivery distance.
Working pressure could select 20MPa or 25 MPa based on actual presser requirement.
Gas capacity from 1,505Nm³ to 6,020Nm³, meet various gas consumption needed.
Material-4130X steel, globally certified for H₂ transport and storage, perfectly solve hydrogen embrittlement issue.

Emballage et expédition

Skid-Container (MEGC): can be shipped as a skid-mounted module; a CSC plate is included for international intermodal transport.
Trailer: can be shipped as bulk cargo with the container and chassis together, or with the container shipped separately as a standard GP (general-purpose) unit and the chassis as bulk cargo.
Cascade: should be shipped as bulk cargo only.

For European clients, ADR and IMDG certifications are available. What makes the H₂ Jumbo different from an ordinary CNG tube bundle?

Upgrade 4130X alloy steel. Hydrogen embrittlement is the silent enemy of pressurized H2 equipment. Atomic hydrogen diffuses into the steel lattice under high pressure; over time it accumulates at grain boundaries and micro-defects, recombines into molecular H2, and builds internal pressure that lowers ductility and can trigger sudden cracking. Plain carbon steels are especially vulnerable. 4130X chrome-moly (Cr-Mo) alloy, quenched & tempered, delivers: (1) higher strength-to-toughness so cracks resist initiation; (2) a cleaner, finer microstructure that slows hydrogen diffusion and resists hydrogen-induced cracking (HIC); (3) weldability that lets us apply rigorous NDT on every seam. The result is a container that stays safe across its 20-year design life even under repeated 25 MPa charge/discharge cycles — turning a material weakness of ordinary steels into a controlled, certified advantage.

What pressure ratings and hydrogen capacities are offered?

Two working pressures — 20 MPa and 25 MPa, wall thickness also different according to different pressures: 14.8 mm wall at 20 MPa, 18.4 mm wall at 25 MPa for a higher safety margin. That also means 14.8mm model could load more gas volume due to the thin wall thickness, capacity bigger for every cylinder.

Is it certified and legal for international, multimodal transport?

Yes. Tube cylinder designed and manufactured to ISO 11120, inspected by BV / TÜV / LRS, and container compliant with ADR / RID / IMDG for road, rail and sea transport. Each tube carries a unique code for full traceability.

Can it carry gases other than hydrogen?

It is engineered for H₂, and also suitable for CNG (fill volume varies by medium). For other gases, please contact us for material and certification re-validation before use.
