Description
The Y-ton is a large-capacity high-pressure seamless cylinder sitting between standard 40–50 L bottles and Jumbo tube containers: no trailer or ISO frame needed — move it whole by forklift, crane or cradle.
Designed per ISO 11120:1999, it offers 880 L water capacity at 16.6 MPa, filling ratios up to 1.38 kg/L, For bulk specialty, corrosive and refrigerant gas storage and trunk logistics, slashing handling labor, valve count and logistics cost.
SinoCleansky’s Y-cylinder has Brinell hardness tested one by one (ISO 6506), 100% ultrasonic examination (ISO 11120:1999 Annex B) and ≥2 min hydro hold per cylinder — fully stamped and documented.

How it works:
Filled at the plant per ADR P200 ratios → cradled and moved whole by forklift/crane → regulated at site through a manifold, or delivered onward → empties returned and refilled.

Filling volume ≈ Filling ratio × 880 L; this is an estimated value; actual filling shall be in accordance with ADR P200 and the technical conditions of the order. Special regulations for related media shall be implemented in accordance with the supplementary clarification document (File No. LXXNY-DQP-04-Clarification).
Emballage et expédition
Le Y-ton peut être livré sur palette ou en vrac dans un conteneur.
Valve caps on for full transport, valves oriented uniformly and secured against rolling; never drop, roll or impact.
For corrosive/toxic fills (Cl2, NH3, HCl), obtain dangerous-goods packaging approval per ADR/IMDG before cross-border shipment.

Each cylinder ships with a certificate of conformity, material certificate and hydro/air/UT test reports; dangerous-goods packaging approval is supported for filled shipments, with third-party inspection (BV/TÜV/LRS) available.
