“Same gas. 40% less to carry.”
An aluminum gas cylinder begins as a single billet of high-strength aluminum alloy, backward-extruded and drawn into a one-piece seamless shell — no longitudinal weld, no seam to fatigue. The result is a pressure vessel holding the same volume of gas as a comparable steel cylinder at roughly 40% less weight. That difference is why aluminum dominates anywhere the cylinder has to be lifted, carried or hand-wheeled: hospital wards, ambulance bays, beverage cellars, dive boats and calibration labs.
From 0.5L to 50 L at 15Mpa to 20Mpa with a corrosion-resistant bore that keeps high-purity gas clean. Certified to ISO 7866, DOT-3AL and TPED for medical oxygen, beverage CO₂ and specialty gas service.
- 40% lighter than steel — same capacity, one hand instead of two.
- No rust, no coating to maintain — built for coastal depots and wash-down areas.
- Inert, smooth bore — holds 99.999% purity for calibration and electronic gases.
- ISO 7866 / DOT-3AL / TPED — one cylinder family, three market entries.
- Full size run, 0.5–50 L at 150/200 bar — from portable oxygen to 50 L bulk units.
