The SinoCleansky LNG ISO Tank Container is a cryogenic pressure tank built on a standard ISO 668 / ISO 1496-3 frame: a stainless-steel inner vessel, a carbon-steel outer shell, and a high-vacuum multi-layer insulated interlayer — engineered for the safe storage and transport of liquefied natural gas (LNG, UN1972). The medium stays liquid at −162 ℃ and moves by standard sea / rail / road container intermodal from liquefaction plants or receiving terminals to industrial users, power stations and off-grid regions.
Insulation that holds the cold
High-vacuum multi-layer insulation with interlayer seal vacuum ≤0.08 Pa, plus −196℃ min. design metal temperature, keeps in-transit boil-off minimal. The 45ft model delivers ≥47 m³ effective volume with an extended holding time versus conventional tanks.
A capacity for every route
20ft (~21 m³) suits small drops and last-mile flexibility; 40ft (~46 m³) balances capacity and turnaround; the 45ft (52.6 m³ geometric, 34 t rating) is the bulk-intermodal flagship — max payload per box, lower cost per ton.

Note: the 45ft LNG ASME (Rev.0, 2026.06) is the latest flagship spec — MAWP 0.65 MPa, geometric volume 52.6 m³, effective volume ≥47 m³, tare 12.2 t, max. filling weight 21.8 t, rating 34 t, overall 13,716×2,438×2,591 mm, transport filling rate >80% or <20%, no self-pressure-build unit (PBU).
Embalagem e envio
The LNG ISO Tank Container is delivered as a complete standard ISO tank container with a CSC plate, meeting global intermodal requirements — sea (primary), rail and road — with no transloading needed.
Handling notes
- Lift / lash only on ISO 1161 corner fittings; avoid dropping or tipping the frame.
- On arrival, first inspect the vacuum gauge (TC-1), valve guards and corner buffers; store dry and ventilated for long stays.
- Before connection and discharge, bond to ground per local code and confirm line purge and sealing; first operation supervised by a SinoCleansky engineer (remote or on-site).
- Spare parts (valves, instruments, tool kit) ship with the unit or on a separate pallet, with full certificate, CSC plate and inspection reports.

Storage and transport are passive — no power needed; LNG stays liquid inside the insulated jacket. External power is only required at the receiving end when pumping or vaporizing for supply. The 45ft LNG ASME version has no self-pressure-build unit (PBU); transfer relies on the receiver’s pressure interface.
Standard 20ft / 40ft LNG models are often in stock — shippable in ~30 days. Custom models (medium, pressure rating, 45ft, etc.) take about 60–90 days depending on spec and volume. Media, working pressure and dimensions are all customizable, with door-to-door logistics available.
