Shipping Guidelines & Delivery

• Inspection & Documents
  Each ISO Tank Container undergoes hydrostatic testing, pneumatic tightness testing, and helium mass spectrometer leak detection before leaving the factory. A complete set of technical documents is provided with each unit, including product certificate, CSC data plate, and inspection reports.
• Packaging & Protection
  Exposed components such as valves and instruments are wrapped with protective covers; anti-collision blocks are installed on the frame corner fittings; and hazard labels and operational warning tags are affixed to the exterior of the tank.
• Lead Time
  Standard models are available in stock for fast delivery. Custom models have a production lead time of approximately 60–90 days, depending on specifications and order volume.
• DG Compliance
  Compliant with the IMDG Code (International Maritime Dangerous Goods Code), ADR (Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road), and RID (Regulations concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Rail).
• Warranty & Service
  A 12-month warranty is provided from the date of delivery, covering free repair or replacement of non-artificial damages during the warranty period. Global technical support and spare parts supply are available.
• Custom Logistics
  One-stop logistics solutions can be provided based on the customer’s destination port, transport route, and delivery schedule requirements.
